We collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you tell us in a message or on a form. If you are a client, we also hold the records of the work we do for you, such as leads, appointments and invoices.
We use your information to deliver the services you asked for, to answer you, to confirm appointments, and to keep your account working. If you opted in, we also send occasional messages about offers and new services.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, here is exactly what that means.
We share information only with the service providers that make our work possible, such as our CRM, hosting, payment and messaging providers, and only so they can perform that work for us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep your information for as long as you are a client, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, accounting or record-keeping reasons.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting the service you receive. Email us and we will action it.
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfect, but we treat client data as something we are responsible for, not something we trade.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
