What we do, what it costs, what you own, and how the text messaging program works.
These terms cover the services provided by Scale With CK LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as Scale With CK. By using our services or agreeing to receive our messages, you accept these terms.
We build and manage websites, CRM systems, local SEO, advertising campaigns, short-form video and related marketing services for service businesses. What is included in your plan is whatever we agreed in writing when you signed up.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and run month to month with no contract. You can cancel at any time and your service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Advertising spend, where it applies, is billed by the ad platform to your own card, in your own accounts, and is separate from our fee.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Scale With CK, the following applies.
To do the work we need timely access to the accounts involved, accurate information about your business, and reasonable responses when we ask a question. Work can stall if those are missing, and we cannot be held to a timeline we were not given the means to meet.
What we build for you is yours. Your website, your CRM data, your ad accounts and your content remain your property, and stay in accounts you own. Our own systems, templates and processes remain ours.
We work toward measurable outcomes and report on them honestly, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, rankings or sales. Anyone who guarantees those is selling you something else.
Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
